Step into summer with Be. Free—a creative, community-centered yoga offering designed to support your body, mind, and spirit.

Held every other Wednesday evening in BEautiful Riverview Gardens, weather permitting so please check our Facebook Page for updates. These sessions blend gentle, intuitive yoga with supportive healing practices like tapping (EFT) and sound work. Each class is spontaneous and unique, guided by rotating facilitators who bring their own style and grounding energy to the circle.

Whether you're new to yoga or have been practicing for years, Be. Free is open to all bodies, all levels, all ages, and all identities. We have two nights that will be specifically focused on families —all types, so come just as you are!.

The Be. Free experience will be a safe space to reconnect, unwind, explore what freedom feels like in your body, and build community.
