Please note that while all items in this curriculum will be addressed, the actual delivery of the curriculum is adapted to the needs of the group/team.
Course Dates
This course is designed as an IN-PERSON RETREAT experience. We will meet online a few weeks before the in-person event. You will arrive in Galway no later than the Sunday afternoon as we will reconnect in person for a Sunday Dinner.
The retreat session times are Monday - Thursday, 10am to 5pm.
You will have time to experience Galway. There will be some optional exercusions planned as well as some options for the days leading up and following our course days (TBA).
A 7-day package that includes the training plus excursions is being packaged now.

How is this course different than other "Dare To Lead™" training programs?
It is the same curriculum across all Dare To Lead™ training as per the requirements that we meet to maintain our credentials. However, this experience will also thread the unique opportunity that only Ireland and Galway can offer!
About The Dare To Lead Program
Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals.
The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership.
Individuals who successfully complete the full 24-hour Dare to Lead™ program will receive a certificate of completion and are allowed to put the Dare to Lead Trained badge on their LinkedIn account.

Application
Circle Backs
Info: These are 90 minute QnA sessions after the program has been completed. We will schedule these for 30 days, 60 days, and 90 days. During these sessions, we will discuss what is working and where we are getting stuck. For this IN-PERSON Experience, we will add 3 more Circle Back sessions so you will continue to have support for 6 months to integrate the Dare To Lead™ learning into your "real life"!
1-1 Coaching
Info: This is OPTIONAL and can be utilized to continue support during the application of the Dare To Lead™ skill development.
