Be A More Confident You - Birkenhead

This four-part Be A More Confident You course is designed to help women across Knowsley to feel confident, empowered, create healthy habits, and build their financial wellness.

As women, we are often taught to put other people before ourselves. With the cost of living crisis adding extra pressure, we have a space for women to talk openly, learn tools that can help, and ultimately feel in control.

Over the four sessions, you will cover:

• Positive thinking & positive self talk
• Managing change and building resilience
• Setting boundaries, motivation and assertiveness
• Building a positive money mindset that will help you take control.

On completion, you will receive a certificate and a Love2Shop voucher.

*NB* The workshop will take place at Tomorrows Women, Beckwith St E, Birkenhead CH41 3JE

Session 1 - Tuesday 18th June
Session 2 - Tuesday 25th June
Session 3 - Tuesday 2nd July
Session 4 - Tuesday 9th July

Tickets for this course will close on Monday, 17th June , 9am

Eligibility:

This programme is open to women living in the Liverpool City Region (Liverpool, Sefton, Knowsley, Wirral, St Helens, or Halton).
