BCLNA Landscape Professional Day

The BCLNA invites landscapers, horticulturists, designers, growers, and suppliers to Landscape Professional Day, a day designed to strengthen skills, expand knowledge, and foster connections across the green industry.

This year’s program features two concurrent learning streams:

Ideal for those contributing to projects without formal leadership roles. Topics include:

• Correct Planting and Garden Bed Layouts
• Winter and Spring Plant Care
• Tips for Success in Your Landscaping Career
• Issue Identification: Stress vs. Disease

Targeted sessions for those leading teams, managing projects, or running a business. Topics include:

• Setting Rates: Wages, subcontractors, and charge-out considerations
• Labour Law Updates
• Road Safety: Vehicle, Trailer & Load Safety
• Rainwater Catchment Design

Attendees can select sessions most relevant to their role—or move between streams to customize their learning experience.
