BCI Annual Meeting Exhibitor – 2026

Thank you for your desire to serve Iowa pastors and church leaders as an exhibitor at the 2026 BCI Annual Meeting!
About this Event

The event will be November 6–7, 2026 at Grace Church in Des Moines.

New for 2026: BCI is introducing a simple exhibitor sponsorship structure designed to strengthen connections between ministry organizations and Iowa church leaders while helping support the Annual Meeting.

EXHIBITOR OPTIONS:

1) Exhibitor – $100
Includes 8 ft table and exhibit space for 2 representatives. Meals are not included.

2) Ministry Partner – $200
Includes 8ft table and exhibit space, preferred placement, and meals for up to 2 representatives (Friday lunch, Friday banquet, and Saturday lunch).

SETUP TIMES:

Primary setup will take place Friday from 8:00am–10:00am before attendee registration begins. Additional setup availability will be provided for exhibitors arriving later Friday afternoon.

EXHIBIT DETAILS:

We will have one 8-foot table space for each exhhibitor. Please provide your own tablecloth, signage, and display materials.
