The BCBA invites you to our annual Dinner & Auction Fundraiser held at the beautiful YMCA, Camp Campbell. We've got Early Bird tickets available through January. More information on this is below. This event serves as our primary source of funding that allows us to make progress on the many projects and events that we have in or work plan that benefit the community as a whole. Whether you have a local business or are a resident or visit the community periodically, we are working hard every day to benefit you! From the community events like the July 4th Parade and the Winter Festival to hosting ribbon cuttings and mixers to working with elected officials at all levels of government to advocate for necessary infrastructure, we are always working for you! To do this, we need your help! Do you have an item from your shop that you'd like to donate to the auction? We'd love to showcase it! Donations could be artwork, jewelry, travel packages, spa packages, recreational and sports gear - the sky is the limit! Some items will be in an online auction, and others will be in a silent auction. All will be highly sought after as they always are! We'd love if you could also join us at the live event on March 8th! Here you'll not only enjoy the silent and live auctions, but you'll have a delicious buffet dinner, can dance to live music, and will hear from fun guest speakers. Weather permitting, there will be outdoor games, and laughter through the event is a guarantee!
We're offering FREE onsite childcare again, courtesy of a local business, Messy Play Kits! That's right - it's free! The kiddos need to be potty trained and we do need to have their spots reserved by March 3rd so that we can ensure we have enough food provisions and caregivers.
Early Bird tickets, a 20% discount, are available for $60 through January.
General Admission tickets, available beginning February 1st, will be $75.
Member tickets, at a 10% discount of $68, are available to anyone who combines their event ticket with a new or renewed membership. If your current membership doesn't expire for several months, we've still got you covered - the renewal won't go into effect until the end of your current term.
