$10 entry fee and tastings available for purchase. 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize, plus vote for your favorite! Must bring your own grill/smoker/tent. Need your own generator for an electric smoker. Participants can come as early as needed to start their ribs. Post will be open by 10am. Sign up by calling Laurene at 845-238-4723.
