I’m excited to announce our first Texas BBQ pop-up of 2026 for collection on 7th of February
We have 3 different options of our delicious BBQ for sale. Please make sure to place your orders by 29th of January to secure your tray!
The Lone Ranger platter for one person and will include;
14 hour smoked brisket
1 x St Louis cut rib glazed
Maple butter turkey
1 x beef hot link sausage
1 x portion of pickles
1 x portion of pink onions
1 x slice of brioche bread
3 x tubs of delicious homemade sauces
1 x Banana pudding dessert
All this for £25 !!

The Cowboy platter for two people, and will include;
14 hour smoked brisket
2 x St Louis cut ribs glazed
10 hour smoked pulled pork
maple butter smoked turkey
beef cheek 8 hour confit in beef tallow
6 hour smoked pork belly
1 x portion of Pickles
1 x portion of Pink onions
2 x slices of brioche bread
3 x tubs of delicious bbq sauces
2 x banana pudding desserts

All of this for just £45!!
