For the second summer, BBF will be joining forces with F45 Grand Haven/North Holland for an incredible, heart pumping, memorable Muscles & Mimosas at The Deck. Two gyms will come together to enjoy a workout with a view followed by an adult refreshment. (and say HI to our previous coach/current F45 coach, Jacob the "Quad Father")
We recommend bringing a mat or beach towel to setup your space, and extra towel to wipe the sand off, a water, and a hat or sunglasses.
Class starts at 8am sharp, but arrive early for parking! Beach passes are required and available at the kiosks. Drop in's are $10. FREE for BBF Gold & Platinum members.
