This interactive session introduces a simple, actionable framework for transformingconflict into collaboration. Drawing from his own leadership journey, Dr. Stan Ward shares
how he had to overcome his tendency to avoid conflict—mistaking it for
peacemaking—only to realize that avoidance often creates lose-lose outcomes. Using the
metaphor of a road trip, Dr. Ward equips participants with practical tools to lead hard
conversations with clarity and confidence.
