Drawing from generations of Cajun and Creole culinary traditions, Chef Nick will prepare an authentic multi-course menu while sharing the stories, techniques, and cultural influences that make Louisiana one of America's greatest food destinations.
Watch as classic Southern favorites come to life—from rich, comforting Crawfish Étouffée and hearty New Orleans-style Jambalaya to perfectly seasoned Cajun Butter Steak, Louisiana Red Beans & Rice, and Creole Shrimp served over creamy, cheesy grits with a zesty remoulade. The evening finishes on a sweet note with warm Beignets topped with wild berries and the legendary Banana Foster, first created in New Orleans in 1951.
More than a dinner, this is an immersive culinary journey through the heart of the Bayou—filled with incredible food, fascinating stories, Southern hospitality, and plenty of good times.
