Start your morning at the Washington Street Pavilion with a 5K out-and-back run along the beach, then grab your board for a 1-mile paddle across the beautiful Bay Saint Louis waters.
Whether you go solo or team up for the relay, this is the signature summer event that brings together runners, paddlers, and beach lovers alike.

• Start/Finish: Washington Street Pavilion
• Course: Scenic out-and-back along the beach with stunning Gulf views
• Options:
• Full Challenge – 5K run + 1-mile paddle
• 5K Only – run the beach course
• Relay Team – one runner + one paddler
• Paddleboard Rentals: Available through Sip Paddle Rental (arrange ahead of time)
