DRESS DROP OFF: AUGUST 14TH 4:30 PM- 7:00 PM
We will be accepting GENTLY used, semi-formal and formal dresses.
Dresses should be a current style, clean, and free of rips, tears, odors, stains and preferably from the last 2-3 seasons. The better the condition, the more likely your dress is to sell.
COST:
$5 CASH, non-refundable fee per dress.
There is no cost to shop and browse! You do not need to be a Bay Port High School student to sell or shop!
Hangers are NOT provided. Dresses need to be brought in on hangers that can support the dress, and will be included in the sale. *If you do not bring a hanger, seller is responsible to pay an additional $2.00 per hanger.
All proceeds benefit BPHS students.
WAIVER: Each seller MUST BE 18, and will be required to fill out the Google Form/Waiver in order to sell dresses. NO EXCEPTIONS.
DRESS DROP OFF: Friday, August 14, 2026, 4:30 pm-7:00 pm in the High School Gym (Door 47).
Sellers MUST return to the sale no later than 3:00 pm on day of sale to collect unsold dresses/money. We do not have storage to keep dresses. NO HOLDS, NEGOTIATIONS OR RETURNS. ANY NON PICKED UP DRESS WILL BE DONATED OR TOSSED.

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY:
Dresses should be a current style, clean, and free of rips, tears, odors, and stains. The better the condition, the more likely your dress is to sell. Also, dresses that have been dry-cleaned and from the past 1-3 seasons sell best. You are responsible for pricing your dress(es) and will be issued a sales tag to complete at dress drop off. Make sure your dress(es) are priced appropriately for consignment sales. Hangers are NOT provided. Dresses need to be brought in on hangers that can support the dress, and will be included in the sale. *If you do not bring a hanger, seller is responsible to pay an additional $2.00. If your dress has a garment bag or dry cleaning bag, please include with dress. Bags will be included when dress is sold. There is a non-refundable $5 CASH FEE (Per Dress), to sell each dress. Fee is collected at time of drop off. *This fee is not returned to you if your dress does not sell. You will receive 100% profit from the sale of your dress(es). Unsold dress(es) and sellers profit MUST be picked up from 2:00-3:00PM on Saturday, August 15. Bay Port will not hold the funds from your sales and dresses cannot be stored for later pick up. There are NO HOLDS on dresses during the event. Best practices will be used to maintain the quality of your dress(es). Please note that we are not responsible for any damage or loss that may occur with your dress(es) before/during/after the sale. Event volunteers will not mediate with buyers/sellers. If a "buyer" would like to purchase the dress for a lesser price, the buyer could note their phone number within the "sellers" sale envelope. It is the "sellers" responsibility and choice to reach out to the "buyer". Bay Port High School, BPHS FFA and the Howard Suamico School District cannot be held liable for any damages or loss that may occur during this event.
