Welcome to the Inaugural Bay One Beer Mile - Relay in beautiful Colonial Beach, Virginia! This 1-mile relay run/walk/crawl is inspired by the memory of John Lamb to raise awareness about the importance of donating blood, share in the love of drinking craft beer, and enjoying life. John was a dedicated Power Red Blood Donor to the American Red Cross, loved beer, but hated running and would have loved seeing his fellow beer-lovers suffer through the challenge of the Bay One Beer Mile. The Bay One Beer Mile-Relay is an "untimed" relay-race held on March 22, 2025 and will start at 11:00 AM in the parking lot of the Ice House Brewery and Marina https://www.icehousecb.com/, on the waters of Monroe Bay in Colonial Beach. Awards will be presented to the Top-3 teams. Team names/themes/costumes are highly encouraged.
