The Bay County Board of County Commissioners will hold its 16th Annual Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony at 5 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 4 at the Bay County Government Center, 840 W. 11th St.The Bay High School and North Bay Haven choirs will perform both traditional and secular Christmas music while free hot cocoa and cookies are served to the public as they await a special appearance by Santa Claus.
The public is invited to attend and encouraged to bring cameras for photos with Santa.
