Bay Cleanup | Clean Bay Collective

Join Algalita's Clean Bay Collective for a community cleanup at Alamitos Bay Landing, where we’ll care for the bay both on land and along the docks.

In addition to shoreline cleanup, we’ll be removing floating debris from the water using long-handled pool nets, helping protect wildlife and keep trash from moving further into the bay. This is a hands-on, family-friendly opportunity to take action for our urban ocean alongside neighbors who love this place.

No experience is needed. All supplies will be provided, including gloves, bags, and pool nets. We recommend wearing comfortable clothes, sun protection, and closed-toe shoes.

Come spend the morning giving back to Alamitos Bay and being part of a growing community of local stewards.
