BAUPLAN are an original band playing a style they call Hard Pop, a heady mixture of power pop, indie, classic rock and new wave.Critics have praised their unique sound; "Costello/Squeeze/Nick Lowe oriented rock pop with a tinge of blue eyed soul. Hammond organ swells and guitars and rhythm grind with grit. A big sound and good tunes."The band will be following up their outstanding debut with the forthcoming second album, One Quarter Bulletproof (Rotown Records). Check out the songs the band have dropped ahead of the album release on all major streaming/downloading services: Raygun, Ordinary Guy, Carrie and Carry Me Away.
