Your coaches usually help you win. This time, they’re standing in your way. 😈
Our members (and their friends) are stepping up as Superheroes, and our coaches are embracing their Villain alter egos for a showdown of sweat, strategy, and team spirit!

Sign up individually, and we’ll randomly assign you to a superhero team. Once your team is revealed, come dressed for battle! Superhero gear is highly encouraged!

Your team will rotate through the machines, facing a coach villain squad in each timed battle. Each station will have a calorie or distance target, adjusted for team size to keep the competition fair.
Work together, share the effort, and race to reach your team’s target before the villains reach theirs! The first team to finish wins the battle. If time runs out, the team closest to its own target takes the win.
Recover between rounds, regroup, and get ready for your next showdown. The goal: give every superhero squad a chance to face every villain team.
