๐ดFood Preparation
โขAll entries must be fully cooked and brought to the event ready to serve.
โขParticipants must provide their own crock pot or warming device to keep their dish hot during the event.
๐ดServing Requirements
โขParticipants must bring their own serving utensils (e.g., ladles, spoons, etc.).
โขEvent organizers will provide sample cups, napkins, and spoons for attendees.
๐ดTasting Station
โขEach participant will have a 3ft x 2ft table space for their tasting station.
โขParticipants are encouraged to decorate their station (theme or dish-related decor is welcome!). All decorations must stay within the allotted space.
โขEvent organizers will provide tables, power strips, and extension cords to ensure all crock pots and warming devices are powered safely.

โขParticipants are required to help promote the event by sharing on social media or other platforms.
๐ดCompetition Categories
โขParticipants may enter only one dish per category (Italian, BBQ, Swedish, Meatless, Spicy & Fusion Twist)
Fusion Twist = recipes that do not fit into the other categories listed.
๐ดDay of the Event
โข Participants must arrive by 10:00am to set up their station.
โข All stations must be ready for tasting by 11:00am.
โข Participants are responsible for cleaning up their station after the event.
๐ดJudging and Voting
โข Each dish will be judged solely by attendee votes in the People's Choice category.
โข Voting will be conducted using ballots provided by event organizers.
โข Any attempts to manipulate voting (e.g., multiple ballots) will result in disqualification.
๐ดHealth & Safety
โข All dishes must be prepared in a clean and safe environment (home or commercial kitchen).
โข Participants are required to maintain cleanliness at their station during the event.
๐ดMiscellaneous
โข No open flames or hazardous equipment are allowed at tasting stations.
โข Event organizers reserve the right to refuse any dish that appears unsafe for consumption or does not align with the eventโs guidelines.
