Battle of the Farms is all about getting to know the incredible farms behind the Wagyu we carry and actually tasting the differences for yourself.
We’ll cook the same cut of Wagyu from two different farms and serve them side-by-side. You won’t know which is which until after you taste them.

There’s no “bad” choice here. These are farms we chose to work with because we believe they produce exceptional Wagyu. This is about discovering how genetics, feeding, environment and raising practices can create noticeably different flavor, marbling and eating experiences.
