Do you like fashion? Do you like art? Have you ever wanted to be a model? Have you ever wondered what 9th century royalty wore? Or what was in a roman legionnaires pack? Or any number of profession’s tools of their trade? Or perhaps...you might lean more towards say...the 14th century?
The Barony of Sundragon Presents "Battle of the Centuries,” an Arts & Sciences group competition where you can see all those things and more! Work together to present a completed pre 17th century kit while witnessing our talented populace as they showcase their arts on the catwalk. Showing the fashions and professions of centuries long passed.
Q&A
~ Competition entries from any pre 17th century era are acceptable. As well as any and all arts & sciences pertaining to your entry. Pre-prepared food is allowed as part of your entry.
~ Groups may consist of one or more people.
~ All entries must have a model or equivalent, yes mannequins are permitted.
~ Entries for the competition must provide basic documentation.
~ A fashion show with a vocal presentation will take place.
~ A photo op area will be available.
~ THE SITE IS DRY
~ Tables for displays will be available for those that do not wish to compete.
~ There will be an overall winner, a populace choice, best dressed, and best in category.
We want to see the stitches, we want to see the tools, the accoutrements of the ages! We want to see the arts that you love. So come and compete at Sundragons BATTLE OF THE CENTURIES!
