Battle of the Brave, a Trails for Troops Challenge

The upcoming Trails For Troops free event will be held on Saturday, August 10, 2024, at The Ridge Nature Area. This three-part competition will feature running, tire pulling, and a two-checkpoint scavenger hunt. Teams will compete in designated colors:
Law Enforcement Officers (Blue)
Fire & Emergency Services (Red)
Active Duty Military & Veterans (Green)
Citizen Supporters (Yellow)
The competition will begin with a 5k run across The Ridge. Next, each team member must pull a tire for 50 yards. Finally, the event will conclude with a two-checkpoint scavenger hunt (maps provided). All team members must complete each part before moving on to the next challenge. May the best team win!
*Teams will be determined on the event day based on the number of registrations.
