On Friday, October 3rd, 2025, during First Fridays in the Crossroads, history will be made at CrossFit on 18th (CFx18th).

When the crew at CFx18th found out that the owner of ProteinHouse KC was a competitive bodybuilder, the challenge was issued: 3 CrossFitters vs. 3 Bodybuilders. Strength, endurance, grit, and raw muscle, all going head-to-head in a live showdown to claim the crown and take home the Golden Barbell Trophy 🏆.
