On February 28, we are hosting a Battle Cancer workout to raise awareness and support those who have fought, or continue to fight, cancer. This one-hour hybrid session features three distinct pods, adapting the official Battle Cancer movements from a "synchro" format to a "You Go, I Go" style.Battle Cancer is a purpose-driven 60-minute team workout designed to push your fitness while standing for something bigger. Expect a mix of cardio and strength stations that challenge endurance, resilience, and teamwork. This session is about showing up, digging deep, and supporting those beside you — every rep, every effort contributing to the fight against cancer. Train hard and finish knowing you achieved more than just a workout.
