Bats! Bats! Bats!

Join one of Tennessee’s permitted bat rehabilitators and guests as Bat Appreciation Week kicks off to learn about the species of bats in our state and how to coexist with them. Bats are a beneficial species of native wildlife that are commonly misunderstood. We will be doing activities, learning how to attract and host bats to your property, what to do if you encounter a bat, and taking a low-impact sunset walk to hopefully see bats before their hibernation for the fall and winter seasons begins.
