Batik Art Class Come discover the beautiful world of batik. A traditional art form that uses wax and dye to create stunning, colorful patterns on fabric. In this hands-on class, you’ll learn step by step how to draw your design, apply wax, and layer on vibrant dyes to bring your artwork to life. No experience needed, just bring your curiosity and creativity! You’ll leave with your own one of a kind batik piece to hang, wear, or gift.

Beginner & Family friendly
The class duration is tailored to your pace, ensuring ample time to fully explore your creative vision. Our sessions typically last until you're satisfied with your work or for a maximum of 3 hours, whichever comes first.
Book a private class, birthday, or event in-studio with a minimum of 8 students. Book a private class, birthday, or event at your location with a minimum of 10 students.
PS: The Makery is located at The Bazaar on Apricot and Lime (open Th-Sa 10a-3p), home to over 40 local artisans and Hamlet’s Eatery with a shaded courtyard and bar mere steps away from the studio…do with that information what you will 😉
