Bastion Games Sunday Standard Night!

Hey ladies and gents! We will be hosting a weekly Standard night for Magic the gathering on Sundays at 6pm! What is Standard you ask?

Each night will be have two seperate events:
1) FREE Drop in Standard Play:
Players can come in anytime during the event to play standard. This portion of the event is playtest card friendly. Come in with playtest cards, or sharpie some up in the store, and try out different deck ideas and strategies!
2) Tournament Play:
Every Sunday players will have the opportunity to pay $5 and do a 3 round sanctioned standard tournament. Because this event is sanctioned, playtest cards are not allowed in it. 100% of the prize pool will go into prizing paid out to all players with positive records (match wins exceed match losses). Entries can be purchased in store, or via tickets on our website at:

Regardless of which event you play in, or if you play in both, all participants will be able to enter a weekly standard draw for a $25 gift certificate in the store! To enter the draw, head over to the #Standard channel in our discord server, and post that you participated!

This is one of many upcoming series of events where we are focussing on local community play, and doing our best to break down the cost barrier to trying one of the best hobby games in the world!
