🔊 DUB DYNASTY (ALPHA STEPPA meets ALPHA&OMEGA) 🇬🇧
Dub Dynasty to unikatowy, rodzinny projekt, który popularny producent Alpha Steppa założył ze swoim ojcem Johnem Sprosenem i ciotką Christine Woodbridge, znanymi lepiej jako Alpha & Omega – duet od lat 80. współtworzący brytyjską scenę dubową, gdzie doczekał się kultowego już statusu. Muzyka Dub Dynasty to połączenie ogromnego doświadczenia i świeżej krwi. John i Christine wyrośli z tradycji reprezentowanej przez jamajskich klasyków – Kinga Tubby’ego, Augustusa Pablo i Lee „Scratch” Perry’ego. Alpha Steppa to przedstawiciel młodego pokolenia, które wychowało się w cyfrowym świecie. Wspólnie wydali cztery znakomite, albumy: „Unrelenting Force”, „Thundering Mantis”, „Holy Cow” i „Gideon”. Vibronics, który w tym roku świętuje swoje trzydziestolecie, to również legenda sceny UK dub. Steve Vibronics wciąż eksploruje świat niskich częstotliwości, wciąż wyznacza trendy i raz po raz muzycznie zaskakuje swoją wierną publiczność. Ma na swoim koncie wiele świetnie przyjętych singli i remiksów. Przez trzy dekady wydał też dwanaście albumów nagranych zarówno solowo, jak i we współpracy z innymi producentami, m.in. Conscious Sounds, Indica Dubz czy Mafia & Fluxy. Brytyjski producent nieustannie wydaje pod szyldem własnego, otoczonego już kultowym statusem labelu Scoops. Rob Smith to prawdziwy fundament i żywa legenda nie tylko bristolskiej, ale i brytyjskiej sceny basowej! Aktywny od końca lat 80. Tworzył legendarny duet Smith & Mighty, który swoimi wczesnymi produkcjami i wydawnictwami w labelu Three Tripe dał podwaliny pod rozwój sceny trip-hopowej, a także jungle! Smith & Might mieli również swój udział przy tworzeniu pierwszego wydawnictwa znanego na całym świecie składu Massive Attack – Any Love wydanego w 1998 roku. Solowa działalność Roba to masa świetnych produkcji dla wielu szanowanych labeli, jak m.in. Tectonic, Black Box czy Earwax. Charakteryzuje go innowacyjne podejście do produkcji, ale jednocześnie jego sesja będzie hołdem dla kultury sound systemowej. Spodziewajcie się mocarnego uderzenia basu!

Ras Lion, czyli człowiek o wielu twarzach! Znany i lubiany operator Lion’s Den Sound System oraz właściciel labelu Lion’s Choice odpowiednio wprowadzi Was w ten wieczór, serwują solidną selekcję, którą niejednokrotnie prezentował na wielu sesjach w Polsce i na świecie. Ma na swoim koncie występy na topowych europejskich festiwalach dub, ale też dalsze wojaże, np. trasę po Meksyku.

Dub Dynasty is a unique family project founded by popular producer Alpha Steppa with his father, John Sprosen, and his aunt, Christine Woodbridge, better known as Alpha & Omega. The duo has been a staple of the British dub scene since the 1980s, where they have achieved cult status. Dub Dynasty's music is a blend of vast experience and fresh blood. John and Christine grew out of the traditions of Jamaican classics King Tubby, Augustus Pablo, and Lee "Scratch" Perry. Alpha Steppa represents a younger generation raised in the digital world. Together, they have released four excellent albums: "Unrelenting Force," "Thundering Mantis," "Holy Cow," and "Gideon." Their collaborations are rare, making this a real treat for all dub fans!

Vibronics, celebrating 30th anniversary this year, is also a legend in the UK dub scene. Steve Vibronics continues to explore the world of low frequencies, continues to set trends, and musically surprises his loyal audience. He has numerous critically acclaimed singles and remixes to his name. Over the past three decades, he has released twelve albums, both solo and in collaboration with other producers, including Conscious Sounds, Indica Dubz, and Mafia & Fluxy. The British producer continues to release under his own label, Scoops, which has already gained cult status. 2026 marks three decades of Vibronics career and this unique session, for which Steve will bring two outstanding vocalists with whom he has collaborated for years: Nia Songbird and Professa Natti!

Rob Smith is a true foundation and living legend of not only the Bristol bass scene, but also the UK! Active since the late 1980s, he formed the legendary duo Smith & Mighty, whose early productions and releases on the Three Tripe label laid the foundations for the development of the trip-hop and jungle scenes! Smith & Might also contributed to the world-renowned Massive Attack's first release, “Any Love”, released in 1998. Rob's solo career includes a wealth of excellent productions for numerous respected labels, including Tectonic, Black Box, and Earwax. He is characterized by an innovative approach to production, but his session will also pay tribute to sound system culture. Expect a powerful bass beat!

Ras Lion, a man of many facets! The well-known and beloved operator of Lion's Den Sound System and owner of the Lion's Choice label will be your guide to this evening, serving up a solid selection, which he has presented numerous times at sessions in Poland and around the world. He has performed at top European dub festivals and has also traveled further afield, including a tour of Mexico.
