Hi everyone, if you're new here my name is Sarah Gates! I'm a McMaster basketball alumni and now a professional athlete and I play overseas. Basketball has given me everything so its time to give back. Thats where She's the Moment comes from - a brand made to build female leaders through sport.

These training sessions are for small groups, where we can focus on fundemanetal skills and I can personally help and mentor the girls through the sport we both love
