Basket Weaving - Gwehyddu Basgedi

Details of session

The session will be held in The Llanelli Goods Shed, in Marsh Street, Llanelli, there is ample parking and ramps for wheelchair users, there is a café for tea, coffee and food.

We will be making a beaded basket from a kit, it is a simple repetitive process but does require some concentration, especially at the beginning.

You will be working with wet cane and it would be a good idea to bring a towel to dry your hands.

The cost of the session is £15.00, plus Eventbrite fees, this is non refundable as we have to buy the kits in advance. Should you be unable to attend we will, of course, post the kit out on receipt of payment for postage.

Materials supplied by us

Kit, we will supply all tools needed to make the baskets.
