What to expect . . . Just in time for the Easter holiday. Join us at The Art Lounge to learn the basics and terminology of basketweaving by creating an Easter basket made from rattan reed. All tools and materials are provided to make this basket which also can be used to store and carry your knitting, embroidery, felting projects and so much more. Dimensions of the finished project is 10" in diameter, 5" tall (not including the handle) and has a circumference of 34". This 5-6 hour class is great for the beginner basket weaver and is best suited for ages 16 and over. Bring your own snacks and beverages. Come on time for the best selection of three different color schemes. Extra kits and tools will be available for purchase after the class. No refunds given but a basket kit with instructions will be left for you at The Art Lounge.
