Awaken your true potential through the power of your breath in this powerful and transformative conscious connected breathwork journey
About this Event

Awaken Your True Potential: A Transformative Breathwork Journey
(please read full event copy and contraindications below before booking on)

Join us for a powerful Conscious Connected Breathwork session designed to help you release emotional blockages, regulate your nervous system, and reconnect with your true essence.

Through the power of your breath, you’ll be guided on a deep inward journey, unlocking clarity, balance, and transformation. This practice can help you:

  • Release stress, tension, and stored emotions
  • Cultivate a sense of inner peace and self-awareness
  • Re-energize and realign your mind, body, and spirit

Accompanied by a carefully curated soundscape of music and rhythm, this session creates an immersive experience, allowing you to drop deeper into your breath and the present moment.

Whether you’re new to breathwork or an experienced practitioner, this session offers a safe and supportive space to explore the profound impact of conscious breathing.

Spaces are limited, so book your spot now to experience the life-changing power of breathwork.

Conscious Connected Breathwork (CCB) is a powerful breathing practice that involves continuous, intentional breathing without pauses between the inhale and exhale. This circular breathing pattern helps to activate the body's natural healing processes, release stored emotions, and bring about profound physical, mental, and energetic shifts.

It works by influencing the nervous system, altering CO₂ and oxygen levels in the blood, and promoting deep states of relaxation, clarity, and expanded awareness. Many people experience emotional breakthroughs, heightened intuition, and a deep sense of connection to themselves and the present moment.

CCB is often used for:

  • Releasing stress, trauma, and emotional blockages
  • Regulating the nervous system and calming the mind
  • Enhancing self-awareness, clarity, and creativity
  • Deepening connection to the body, intuition, and inner wisdom

Each session is guided in a safe and supportive space, often incorporating music, gentle movement, and sometimes hands-on support to help participants fully surrender into the experience.

About your host Alex Mrowicki (Basis Breathwork)

Since hitting rock bottom and experiencing complete burnout and a nervous breakdown in 2017, Alex has undergone a profound journey of inner transformation and self-discovery, overcoming addictions and severe anxiety through the ancient practices of Yoga and Breathwork.

Having reclaimed control over his nervous system and turned his life around, Alex is now a passionate explorer of breath, movement, and sound. As a Yoga Teacher, Breathwork Facilitator, and Kirtan Leader, Alex guides others in harnessing the power of conscious and functional breathing to regulate their nervous system, restore balance, deepen self-awareness and realise their full potential. Whether leading a cacao ceremony, sharing the magic of mantra, or delivering transformative talks, Alex blends science and tradition to create powerful and transformational, heart-centred experiences.

Alex is a fully insured and certified breathwork facilitator with Breathing Space having completed their 400 hour trauma informed curriculum certified by the Global Professional Breathwork Alliance.
