About this Event

Basingstoke AI Summit

You will make a series of AI decisions for your business over the next year whether you plan to or not. The Basingstoke AI Summit is a day built to help you make them properly.

40 local business leaders, one room, no exhibition hall and nobody pitching from the stage. Just clarity on where AI actually works, and 3 things you can put to use straight away:

• Something you can do tomorrow: a real task sped up with AI, live in the room, prompts included.
• Something for the next 90 days: an AI-enabled sales process that has lifted our own proposal close rate by 20%.
• A straight answer on compliance: what to do about the staff already using ChatGPT quietly, and what a right-sized SME AI policy looks like.

Who it's for: owners and leaders of businesses of roughly 20 to 500 people, within a reasonable journey of Basingstoke, who want AI to earn its place rather than become another line on the P&L.

You do not need to be technical. Most people in the room will not be.

The practical stuff: free to attend, lunch included, free on-site parking, and a ten minute walk from Basingstoke station.

Registration and coffee from 09:30, sessions start at 10:00 sharp, and we close at 15:00 so the day still belongs to you.

Seats are limited to forty and go in the order people register. Save yours in about two minutes.
