Basil & Balance: A Morning on Wrightsville Beach

Join us for a beautiful, relaxed morning on Wrightsville Beach designed around community, wellness, and connection with plenty of room for a little self-time, too. Come early and catch the morning light. Bring a towel or beach chair. Sip coffee by the ocean. Take a quiet walk. Meet someone new. Join a conversation or simply enjoy a little space for yourself before the day gets busy. Drop in anytime between 6:30 and 9:30 AM and participate in as much or as little as you’d like.
The morning will include opportunities for: Coffee and light breakfast fare, sunrise and quiet beach time, casual networking and connection, an optional beach cleanup, an open women’s wellness discussion with a Nurse Practitioner, a hands-on Basil & Balance planting experience.
During the Basil & Balance activity, guests will learn how to create a simple wick-watering basil container—and take home their new plant! Container, basil seedling, instructions, and nutrients will be provided by sponsor High Vital Society.
MEETING LOCATION:
We’ll gather beside Crystal Pier, across from Sundays.
Crystal Pier: 650 S. Lumina Ave. Wrightsville Beach, NC
Public Beach Access #36 is located directly at the base of the pier, while Access #38 is just north of it. Metered on-street parking and paid parking lots are available. Access #36 also offers restroom and shower facilities.
