~Basics of Showing Ranch Horses
~For those who are beginners in the ranch events, this clinic will cover how to execute basic maneuvers and body control necessary to be successful showing ranch horses.
~We will also cover class descriptions, appropriate turn out of horse and rider equipment, tack and clothing.
*Ten rider limit. $175/ rider

~Ranch Roping for Beginners
~What is ranch roping?
Rope handling skills ( unmounted)
~Introducing your horse to the rope.
~For those horse and riders who are ready, we will rope while mounted using roping dummies (no live cattle ).
*Ten rider limit. $175/ rider
🐴March 21st
~Introduction to Cattle
~Designated for the beginner who's horse has limited, to no exposure to cattle, and for the rider who has no cattle experience.
~Live Cattle
~What is the objective of the cattle classes at a ranch show?
~Learn how to read your cow
~Learn basic body control necessary to maintain proper working position on a cow.
*Ten rider limit. $225/ rider

~Ranch Pattern Work
Focus will be on proper execution of maneuver in ranch patterns / Ranch Reining
~Lead departure & lead changes
~Correct position to train & execute the spin.
~ Body control for basic maneuvers in any ranch pattern class (Ranchmanship, Ranch Trail)
*Ten rider limit. $175/ rider

*All clinics require a $75 non refundable deposit to register.
