This is a course designed for new or developing kayakers who want to paddle away from shore or for fitness as well as fun. This 6 hour class will aid in negotiating wind and waves, introduce advanced boat control, and improve your off-shore safety skills.Some prior kayaking experience highly recommened.
PARTICIPANTS MUST BE 14 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER and HAVE A KAYAK WITH 2 BULKHEADS AND A SPRAY SKIRT
We require a minimum of 4 students to hold the program and allow a maximum of 6 students per class with a student/instructor ratio of no more than 3:1.
