This 2 day course (Basic WATSU®) will give you a great introduction to the profound effects of this modality.
Attend this as a stand alone course for your personal development and growth,
OR continue with the full certification to work with the public.
You will learn WATSU® body mechanics, BW moves, skills and the first section of the routine.
At the end of this course you will have learned several techniques to help yourself and your family to regulate your nervous system and find deep relaxation whilst supporting and floating another in the water.
BW will prepare you for the next step - WATSU® Transition Flow.
