Basic Sauces

For ages 13 & up

Sauces accentuate great dishes and can elevate everyday meals.  You'll be amazed at how easy it can be to create these classics. You'll focus on creating classic sauces in this class and then sample the results of your efforts with dishes created by our instructors.

For ages 13 & up. Attendees 13 - 17 years old must be accompanied by an adult. Each attendee must purchase a ticket.

• Homemade Mayonnaise 

• Hollandaise 

• Béchamel

• Rich Brown Sauce

• Velouté 

• Crème Anglaise

You will make and then sample each sauce with a complementary dish prepared by our staff.

Safety & Precautions

• At check-in, you will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the Cooking School.

• For that reason, we ask that all attendees arrive at least 5 minutes prior to the confirmed start time of the class.
