To optimally manage a patient throughout pregnancy, knowing the correct gestational age of the foetus/embryo is essential. This short course will equip you with the skills required to perform an accurate level 1 obstetric scan, focusing on fetal biometry, and to interpret the images effectively. This knowledge will enable you to make informed judgments regarding your patients’ well-being and facilitate meaningful referrals when necessary. The course content is delivered through online presentations with voice-overs. (PLEASE ensure you familiarise yourself with all the information.) It is reinforced by an interactive workshop, followed by a full day of supervised scanning on volunteer patients.
