In-person BLS Provider training for healthcare providers

The BLS Provider course is a complete in-person experience where you will learn through lectures, video segments, practice and coaching, guided by a Heart & Stroke instructor. This course is ideal for healthcare professionals and trained first responders as well those who are new to BLS or do not frequently use their resuscitation skills.

SiROC Course Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change and aim to offer flexible options:

Transfers & Substitutions
Registrations may be transferred to another course date if requested at least 7 days prior to the course start date.

You may also send a substitute participant at no additional charge at any time (substitutes must meet course prerequisites).

Refunds
Refund requests must be submitted through Eventbrite (www.eventbrite.ca/mytickets) and are issued as follows:

• More than 14 days before the course – Full refund (100%)
• 7–14 days before the course – 50% refund
• Less than 7 days before the course – No refund

Eventbrite processing fees are subject to their own refund policy. No refunds will be issued for no-shows. Exceptions may be considered in special circumstances.

Course Changes
SiROC reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a course due to unforeseen circumstances. If this occurs, participants will be rescheduled to the next available session or may choose an alternative future date.
