Basic Federal Tax Liens

This class will discuss Code Section 6321 about statutory liens, situations in which a public lien would be filed with Form 668-Y, a few situations where the IRS has priority over liens, explains the role of Centralized Lien Unit and other various aspects of a federal tax lien.
