Workshop Title: Emergency Prepping on a Budget: Practical Preparedness for Everyone
Description:
The world is an uncertain place right now. Food prices are at an all-time high. Weather is becoming more extreme. Families are struggling. It's easy to feel overwhelmed and discouraged.
This workshop is geared towards those with little to no prepping experience.
If you know you need to "do something", but aren't sure where to begin this class will empower you to get moving.
Steph Baird from Stowe Street Pantry will give you tips on creating an emergency kit, storing food, and other considerations for prepping on a budget.
Disasters and emergencies can happen anytime—but preparing for them can help put your mind at ease.
This workshop is free to all community members!
We will accept donations towards community efforts at Wake Up Manor.
You may also choose to bring food or hygiene items to share with our free neighborhood pantries.
