Basic Bike maintenance course - Ladies only

In this 90 minute small group session (for ladies only), you will learn:

· How to carry out a bike check to ensure your bike is safe and roadworthy

· How to set the saddle and controls comfortably for the rider

· How to fix a puncture

We urge you to bring your own bike on the day so that you can work on it.
