Basehor Community Library Groundbreaking Ceremony

The Basehor Community Library invites the public to celebrate a significant milestone. On Monday, November 16 at 4:00 PM, the library will host an official groundbreaking ceremony for a library expansion and renovation project at the library.
This family-friendly ceremony marks the start of an exciting expansion project designed to better serve the growing community at every stage of life. The project will expand the library's west side and include renovations to introduce several highly anticipated features including a new children's wing, a dedicated children's story time room and outdoor space, an expanded and fully renovated teen services wing, teen study rooms, additional adult study rooms, an added conference room, enhanced staff operational areas, additional outdoor gathering spaces, and increased parking.
