This meeting is a critical kickoff for the season and will cover league-wide expectations, safety requirements, procedures, and rules to ensure a successful and positive experience for our players, families, and volunteers 👏
🔑 What We’ll Be Covering
⭐ Clearwater Little League mission, values, and expectations
🏛️ League operations and transparency with the Board of Directors
🍔 Concessions, fundraising, sponsorships, and key league events
🏟️ Facility procedures and ground rules at Sid Lickton Complex
💬 Communication expectations, GroupMe etiquette, and managing parents
🛡️ Player safety, abuse awareness training, background checks, and AED procedures
🧢 Equipment distribution, practice scheduling, and uniform ordering processes
📋 Rosters, draft plans, player pools, and assessment requirements
📆 Important dates and upcoming league events
📘 Rules review by division
(Softball representatives will be dismissed prior to the rules discussion)
💼 Background checks for new volunteers.
