• Proper measurements and pouring techniques
• Shaking, stirring & building cocktails
• Basic martini preparation
• Customer service behind the bar
• Responsible alcohol service & recognizing signs of intoxication
• ID checking basics
• Introduction to Pennsylvania RAMP guidelines
• Hands-on pour practice and cocktail-making techniques
