Round 1: Speed Challenge - In this high-energy opener, bartenders race against the clock to prepare a list of classic cocktails with precision. Each competitor must showcase their skill, efficiency, and organization under time pressure, as judges scrutinize both speed and accuracy.
Round 2: Signature Drink Showdown - Creativity takes the spotlight here, as bartenders craft their signature cocktails. This is their chance to impress the judges with a personal twist, using unique ingredients, inventive presentations, and storytelling to create a drink that captures their style and personality.
Round 3: Secret Ingredient Surprise - The final round adds a twist with a surprise ingredient revealed just before mixing begins. Each bartender must incorporate the ingredient seamlessly into a new cocktail on the spot, testing their adaptability, resourcefulness, and skill in creating balance and harmony in unexpected ways.
