✨ Bars Skill Clinic ✨
Join us on May 28th from 5:30–6:30 PM for a focused gymnastics bar clinic designed to help athletes build confidence, strength, and technique on bars! Athletes will work on drills, shaping, casts, pullovers, back hip circles, kips, and other bar fundamentals based on skill level. This clinic is great for gymnasts looking to improve form, gain new skills, and get extra practice in a fun and supportive environment. 💙💪
