This high-energy session is designed to challenge and inspire, whether you’re a seasoned athlete or just getting started. Mats will be provided, so come ready to flow—and don’t forget your water to stay hydrated! We will be at the Tempe Marketplace District Stage (across from H&M).

Afterward, keep the good vibes going with a Sip & Shop experience. Enjoy complimentary Coco5 as you wind down and refuel post-sweat.
