Welcome to our SignatureBarre3 Community Class! Strength, cardio, mindfulness — that’s the foundation of the barre3 signature class. But we don’t just deliver a full-body, balanced workout. Every posture, move, and moment is designed to honor where you are while also pushing you to your edge.

Please bring a yoga mat to class. *Optional props: hand weights, core ball and/or resistance band.
